Questions about a specific pool

The app does not run or intermediate the money. Payments, collections, and disputes between participants and organizer must be resolved directly among you. The developer and the store are not part of the split.

Anti-scam notices

• Pay only people you know and verify the Pix key before transferring.
• Be wary of strangers, pressure to pay fast, or unrealistic promises.
• “I paid” in the app is declarative; only the organizer confirms. The app does not guarantee payment.
• Do not use Vaca Cheia for public fundraising or fraud.

FAQ

Does the app hold my money or send Pix?

No. No wallet or payment processing. Pix happens in your bank app, to the key the organizer entered and shared.

Does the app list public pools?

No. Only pools you create on your device. People join via the organizer’s invite.

I lost my data

Everything is on device. We have no backup. Uninstalling or changing phones without copying may erase it.

How do I delete my data?

In the app: About and privacy → Erase all data. Or uninstall.

Price, purchases and ads

Vaca Cheia is a paid app (one-time purchase, charged by the App Store). There are no in-app purchases or ads, and the app does not charge or receive money from pools. Refund requests for the app purchase are handled by Apple. We will update this page if anything changes.

Technical issue or misuse report

Email above with description and screenshot. Do not send passwords or full Pix keys unless necessary.
