How it works

  1. Create the pool

    Pick a template (barbecue, gift, trip, or blank), then set the goal, the deadline, and your Pix key.

  2. Share the invite in the group

    The app drafts the message with the amount and your key. You review the text and share it.

  3. Confirm who paid

    People tell you they paid, you check your bank and confirm. For anyone pending, one tap opens a WhatsApp reminder.

The money never goes through the app. Pix goes straight to the organizer.

Vaca Cheia does not receive, hold, or intermediate money. There is no wallet, no balance, and no fee on the pool amount. Each person pays in their own bank app, to the organizer's Pix key.

What you can do

  • Know what's left. Total, goal percent, and who is pending, reported, or confirmed.
  • Nudge without awkwardness. A ready message for the group and a local reminder for pending payers.
  • Show the numbers. Text, CSV, or PDF report and a pool card to share.
  • Keep it with you. No account and no server: data stays on your device, with a local text backup.

Frequently asked questions

Does the app hold my money or make the Pix?

No. There is no wallet and no payment processing. Each person pays in their own bank, to the key the organizer provided.

How much does it cost?

R$ 9.90, once, charged by the App Store. No subscription, no in-app purchases, and no ads. Refunds for the purchase are handled by Apple.

Do participants need the app?

No. The organizer uses the app and shares the invite; participants pay through their own bank and tell the organizer.

Does the app guarantee everyone paid?

No. "I paid" is self-reported and only the organizer confirms, by checking their own bank. Only pay people you know and double-check the Pix key before sending.

Where is my data stored?

Only on your device. No account and no tracking. If you switch phones without exporting the app's backup, the data is lost. See the Privacy Policy.

Is there an Android version?

Not in this version: iPhone only, on the Brazilian App Store, for adults 18+.
